Cert Monitor is still focused on the free monitoring workflow. Paid plans will arrive after the pricing, quota, and billing path are ready to support production accounts.
What is planned
The first paid release will stay narrow: more monitored assets, higher API limits, and billing that does not add daily workflow overhead.
Higher limits will come with account plans
Future plans can raise monitor limits and give authenticated API keys more room than anonymous curl checks.
Billing is not yet available
Checkout, Customer Portal, webhooks, and plan enforcement will launch after payment provider integration is confirmed.
